Jarrad
Delaney

Jarrad Delaney is the editor at the Plains Producer and Two Wells and Districts Echo. He has more than 10 years experience as a journalist, starting with the West Coast Sentinel at Ceduna in 2012 before moving on to the Port Lincoln Times in 2014. In 2022 he joined the Eyre Peninsula Advocate before making the move to Balaklava later the same year to join the Plains Producer team. Jarrad graduated from the University of South Australia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) and prior to become a professional journalist did some voluntary work as a radio news reader at Fresh 92.7 and as a contributor with the Weekender Herald. Jarrad is passionate about reporting the news and to bring the stories of the Adelaide Plains and Mid North to local readers.
